Cancel Order

If the order is unpaid, you can cancel directly by yourself. Just find your unpaid order in My Orders and click "Cancel Order" button. If you've paid your order, please email us through support@wewarmsmart.com

You can always cancel your order before it is shipped, once your order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, once the parcel was processed and sent to the post office, we will be unable to make any changes. Then please follow our return policy, thank you for your understandings.

Most orders may take up to 1-2 days (Exclude Weekends) to process before shipping from our warehouse, as soon as you place your order, we start working on it right away.

Return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product and wish to return it, You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

If the item works well but you want to return it due to subjective reasons, you will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us.

If any product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you, you must inform us using photos or a video, then send to support@wewarmsmart.com, the price of the product shall be refunded to you in full, including the cost of delivery.

If you are returning your product to us you must contact our customer services first, we do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Any addresses on the parcel is not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded.

Please note that we can only accept returns of any product which is returned unused, in its original packaging and in its original condition, enclosing your proof of purchase. In every case, you will also need to return any free items that were delivered to you with the product.

Making sure you include a note of your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and order number inside the parcel.

You must return the products to us within 10 days of notifying us of the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Refund

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. It typically takes 1-3 business days for the refund to process into your PayPal account, and it takes 2 weeks for the refund to process into your VISA account, depending on how your bank processes.
